Worldwide Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time

All orders will begin processing within 1-2 business days. Our usual time to make your custom order is 8-10 weeks, but it might take longer depend on the details of your topper or the amount of orders we have before yours. Occasionally we have space for rush orders. Please let us know the time you neeed it by and we will check our schedule for you. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your delivery after your order is completed. If you wish to speed up delivery, you may pay extra for shipping costs. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment method

We ship anywhere in the world. We ship with whichever carrier will get your order to you in the time that you need it. We will work with you to ensure your order arrives to you in time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

World Cake Topper is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


World Cake Topper is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
